Launch: Human Rights Defender magazine's 30th anniversary issue
For 30 years, Human Rights Defender magazine has been chronicling human rights issues in Australia and around the world, featuring the writing of leading rights activists and thinkers.
To celebrate its 30th anniversary, more than a dozen human rights defenders have contributed to a bumper edition looking at past, present and future human rights challenges.
Four of the edition's contributors will join a virtual launch event hosted by the Australian Human Rights Institute to discuss their articles, look back at 30 years of human rights activism, and provide their predictions for the issues likely to dominate human rights work in the years ahead.
