We welcome you to look. We may ask you to be looked at. We may take your looking and reflect it, shift it, turn it outwards.

Join us for three 20-minute performances that ask you to reflect on this moment in time, offering multiple perspectives on a shared experience. Are your boundaries the same as your neighbours’? How can you give shape to a feeling that’s been eating away at you your whole life? What if you stayed a while in a place where you were uncomfortable? Might we find solidarity, or laughter, or power, in each other’s company?

These small ensemble pieces emerge from the third-year course Collaborative Performance Making, facilitated by performance-maker and UNSW lecturer Theron Schmidt.

Location

Io Myers Studio
Located at the entrance to Gate 2 High St, Kensington. Look for the Creative Practice Lab neon sign in our foyer windows.

Parking
There is limited parking in the Gate 2 area around Io Myers Studio but free parking is available from 6:30pm in the car park next to NIDA accessed through Day Ave.
