Meet the Masters is an online series of conversations with our staff from across the creative industries. Each eminent in their field with decades long careers, they'll answer your questions, discuss postgraduate study options and share their insights and top tips for working in industry.

In this session Associate Professor John McGhee and Associate Professor Alison Gwilt will share insights from their diverse careers in the design world and take any questions you have. They’ll also take you through your study options in UNSW’s Master of Design.

Alison is a fashion design researcher. Her career centres around examining and promoting innovative design methods and approaches to enable the textiles community to adopt more sustainable and ethical practices.

John started his career with industrial design and quickly moved into 3D visualisation. He now leads an award-winning lab exploring the application of creative practice, technical innovation and immersive platforms to new data visualisation challenges.
