A UNSW Scientia Education Academy public lecture presented by Professor Richard Buckland, UNSW Engineering.

What are our hopes for the education we provide?  What could success look like?  How high should we aspire – how bold should we be?

Excellence in education involves more than just knowledge transfer – it enables and inspires us to change profoundly, who we are and how we think and respond.

What can busy, stressed, over assessed teachers do to foster this sort of educational experience for our busy, stressed, over assessed students?

Join us for our first midday lecture, followed by light lunch and soft drinks
